Why Scholastic Assessment Test?
Eligibility criteria
The SAT exam does not impose an age limit or specific requirements set by its administering bodies. However, candidates are typically expected to have successfully completed their high school education to pursue admission to undergraduate programs abroad.
How to apply
To register for the SAT, follow these four steps:
- Visit the official SAT website and create a profile.
- Complete the application form with your personal information.
- Choose your preferred test center and date.
- Pay the application fee to finalize your registration.
Countries
SAT scores are widely recognized and accepted by major countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands.
SAT exam and syllabus structure
The SAT exam consists of four sections:
- Reading
- Writing and Language
- Math
- Essay (optional)
Exam centers and date
The SAT is administered across approximately 53 test centers situated in various cities throughout India. These centers cover all major cities, providing candidates with the flexibility to select their preferred test date and location during the registration process.
